Über die Plüschtiere (English below)
Alle Plüschtiere sind handgemacht und qualitativ hochwertig. Sie werden mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt genäht.
Sie sind nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 14 Jahre!
Meine Plüschtiere sind aus Minky (einen wundervoll weichen Flauschestoff) und Fellstoffen genäht, Details wie Augen usw. sind mit einer Stickmaschine gemacht (auf Wunsch auch anders). Gefüllt sind sie mit weicher Füllwatte und in den Füßen ist ein wenig Granulat drin, für einen besseren Stand.
Die meisten Plüschtiere haben unter einem Fuß oder Bauch mein Zeichen gestickt.

Zahlung
Bevor ich mit eurem Auftrag anfange, müssen 50% angezahlt werden, die restlichen 50% nach Fertigstellung. Es ist durchaus möglich in Raten zubezahlen. Schreibt mich dazu einfach an.
Die fertigen Plüschtiere werden nach vollständiger Zahlung verschickt.

Vorgang & Bearbeitung
Ein Auftrag kann zwischen 2 Tagen und mehreren Monaten dauern. Die Dauer hängt von dem Aufwand jedes einzelnen Plüschtieres ab. Herstellungsbilder werde ich auf meinen Sozial Media Accounts zeigen, falls dies nicht gewünscht wird (weil es vielleicht ein Geschenk wird), dann sagt es mir bitte vorher.
Rückgabe & Rückerstattung
Sonderanfertigung
Gebt ihr ein Plüschtier in Auftrag, das speziell für euch ist könnt ihr es nicht zurück geben. Sobald ihr für euren Auftrag bezahlt habt, wird eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich sein.
Fertiges Produkt
Wenn ihr ein fertiges Produkt kauft, habt ihr eine gesetzliche Rückgabefrist von 14 Tagen. Wenn ihr das Plüschtier zurückgeben möchtet, schreibt mir bitte eine Email an Varonyas-Plushherd@web.de. Hier findet ihr ein Muster-Widerrufsformular. Als Käufer tragt ihr die Kosten der Rücksendung, verpackt bitte das Plüschie wieder gut und nehmt ein Versandunternehmen mit Sendungsverfolgung.
Sobald das Plüschtier in einem guten Zustand bei mir angekommen ist, erhaltet ihr den vollen Kaufpreis zurück. Bitte bewahrt den Versandnachweis auf!
Stornierung
Wenn ihr bereits eine Teilzahlung geleistet habt und euren Auftrag stornieren wollt, könnt ihr unter Umständen eine Rückerstattung bekommen. Das hängt allerdings davon ab ob ich bereits mit eurem Auftrag angefangen habe und/oder Material gekauft habe. Bitte kontaktiert mich, wenn irgendetwas ist.
Versand & Versandzeit
Sobald eure Plüschtier fertig ist, werde ich es so schnell wie möglich zur Post bringen. Verschickt wird alles per DHL, mit Sendungsverfolung. Die Sendungsnummer oder den Link bekommt ihr von mir zugeschickt. Falls ihr ein anderes Versandunternehmen wollt, schreibt es mir vorher bitte.
Lieferzeiten DHL innerhalb Deutschlands, 1-2 Werktage (wenn ich das Paket morgens zur Post bringe, ist es meistens am nächsten Tag schon bei euch).
Lieferzeiten innerhalb der EU, 2-10 Werktage.
Lieferzeiten Weltweit, 4-14 Werktage. Bitte beachtet das es, durch den Zoll, zu Verzögerungen kommen kann.
Zoll (außerhalb der EU)
Bitte vergesst nicht das eventuelle Einfuhrzölle, Zollgebühren, Steuern oder andere Zuschläge dazukommen können.
Euer Auftrag, Charakter und Referenzen
Wenn ihr mich beauftrag, schickt mir bitte eine klare Beschreibung von dem was ihr haben wollt und ein gutes Referenzbild. Wenn ihr mehrere Referenzbilder schickt, sagt mir deutliche welche Bestandteile von welchen Bild ihr haben möchtet.
Denkt auch daran das die Farben auf verschiedenen Monitoren unterschiedlich ausfallen können und das nicht alle Farben erhältlich sind. Ich werde mein bestmögliches tun um die passenden Farben für euren Liebling rauszusuchen.
Mein Stil & künstlerische Freiheit
Natürlich werde ich mein Bestes geben, um euren Auftrag so gut wie möglich umzusetzen. Aber bitte vegesst nicht das ich meinen eigenen Stil habe und dieser Stil auch in jedem meiner Plüschies zusehen ist. Vergewissert euch also vorher, ob euch meine Arbeiten gefallen und schaut dazu einfach meine Bilder an.
Änderungen können nur kostenlos umgesetz werden, wenn ich noch nicht angefangen habe. Sollte ich mit eurem Auftrag angefangen haben, wird es einen Aufpreis geben. Sollte mir etwas unklar sein, werde ich euch anschreiben und nachfragen.
Reinigung
Bitte das Plüschtier nicht in die Waschmaschine geben!
Reinigt sie mit einem feuchten Tuch, verwendet ein wenig Seife oder Waschmittel. Bitte verwendet dies nicht auf den bestickten Teile.
Damit das Plüschie wieder flauschig wird, bürstet es mit einer Zahnbürste oder Katzenbürste. Aber immer schön vorsichtig! ^.^

About the plushies
All plushies are hand-made (-crafted) and of good quality. They are made with love and care.
The plushies are not recommended for children under 14 years old!
My plushies are made from Minky (a wonderfully soft fluffy fabric) and fur fabric. Details like eyes, etc. are done with an embroidery machine (can be made different by specific request). The plushies are filled with soft fiberfill inside the feet with a bit of granules, to ensure a better stand.
Most plushies have my signature sign embroidered under one foot or on the stomach.
Pricing
You are looking for a unique plushie, made custom for you? Write me an e-mail please. It works best if you already attach a picture of your favorite. :)

Payment
You will have to pay 50% in advance, before I can start with your order. The rest of the payment is due after completion. It is possible to pay in installments. Communicate with me to see if it is possible in your case.
The finished plushies will be shipped out after I have received the full payment.

Process & Processing
An order can take from two days up to a few months. The length depends on how ornate the plushies are. I will be posting pictures of the making and the process on my social media channels, if this is something you don´t want (perhaps because it is supposed to be a surprise or a present) please communicate this with me beforehand.
Return & Refund
Custom made items
If you order a plush toy made especially for you, a return is not possible. Once you have paid for your order, a refund is not possible.
Finished product
If you buy a finished product from my website, you have a statutory return period of 14 days. If you want to return a plushie, please write me an email at Varonyas-Plushherd@web.de.
You will find a sample cancellation form here. As buyer you will carry the cost of the return, please package the plushie with care and choose a shipping company with tracking.
As soon as the stuffed animal has arrived in good condition, you will get the full purchase price back. Please keep the proof of postage!
Cancellation
If you have already partially paid for your order and you want to cancel your order, you may be able to get a refund.
However, that depends on whether I have already started your order and/or have bought material. Please contact me if anything.
Shipping & shipping time
Once your stuffed animal is ready I will get it to the post office as soon as possible. Everything is sent via DHL with tracking. I will send you the tracking number or the link. If you want another shipping company, please let me know in advance.
Delivery times DHL within Germany: 1-2 working days (if I bring the package to the post office in the morning, it will usually be with you the next day).
Delivery times within the EU: 2-10 working days.
Delivery times Worldwide: 4-14 working days. Please note that there may be delays due to customs.
Customs (outside the EU):
Please do not forget that any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other surcharges may apply.
Your order, character and references:
If you hire me please send me a clear description of what you want and a good reference picture. If you send several reference pictures, tell me exactly which parts of which picture you want.
Also keep in mind that colors may vary on different monitors and not all colors are available. I will do my best to find the right colors for your plushie.
My Style and artistic freedom:
Of course, I will do my best to finish your order the best way possible. Please keep in mind that I have my own, specific style. This style can also be seen in each of my plushies. So make sure beforehand if you like my work and just look at my pictures to make sure you like my style which will also be seen in your plushie.
Changes can only be implemented free of charge, if I haven’t started your order yet. However, if I have already started your order, there will be an extra charge. If something is unclear to me, I will contact you and clarify.
Cleaning
Please do not put the stuffed animal in the washing machine!
Clean them with a damp cloth, using a little soap or detergent. Please do not use this on the embroidered parts.
To make the plushie fluffy again, brush it with a toothbrush or cat brush. But please be careful! ^.^
